We are planning to switch to case-insensitive usernames soon on GerritHub.io: at the moment it isn't yet, so any change in GitHub username case isn't reflected / supported on GerritHub.io.

Edits were made to reflect the following in Monorail: auto-CCs.
Description
GerritHub/GitHub username: yannayh
GerritHub/GitHub projects names: davidsaOpenu/simulator
Full URL exhibiting the problem:https://review.gerrithub.io/c/davidsaOpenu/simulator/+/543242
Expected behavior: I recently changed my username in github from YannayH to yannayh (just modified the capital letters), and since then my logged-in user in gerrithub is a new user, but whenever I upload new change-sets it still uploads them as the previous user, which was still not deleted.
Also - my new user, with id 1020444, does not have an email address while my old one, with id 1020114 has the correct email address.
In the URL sent, you can see that the review was published as the old user, but my comment was published as the new user.
Observed behavior: Either that there will be just one user, and it will work well with the username change, or that all the behavior will work on the new user - both uploading change-sets and logging in.
