Googlers can delete changes on googlesource servers currently. We can look at introducing a policy for Gerrit changes on when they can/should be deleted.

Edits were made to reflect the following in Monorail: auto-CCs.
Description
On gerrit-review this can be only done by Googlers.
Consider this workflow:
1. push to stable-xxx
2. wait for review (days, weeks or even months)
3. rework and address comments
4. push (erroneously) to master
5. abandon change pushed to master
6. push to stable-xxx
What I am after is to be able to delete change push in step 4 above.
Would it be possible to release restriction of deleting changes
on gerrit-review? If not, would it be possible, to establish a
workflow for that?
