Once we have removed the usage of non-respectful terminology we should prevent that changes newly introduce the non-respectful terminology and that it is used in review discussions.

We should consider using the upload-validator plugin to block terms that have been identified as non-respectful terminology.

We could use the 'blockedKeywordPattern' in the uploadvalidator to achieve this. However, I believe we should also block inappropriate and offensive words in change comments.

Would you see that as something that the core should do? Or should we expand the uploadvalidator to start considering also updates to NoteDb meta refs?
