Note there's a similar problem with single-word comments. In old UI I could double-click a word to select and add a comment, this no longer works.

Affected Version: 3.1.3 (http://review.couchbase.org )
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start to review a change
2. Attempt to select more than one line to comment on.
3. Press 'c'
What is the expected output?
A multi-line comment should be created on the selected lines.
What do you see instead?
A single line comment is created, normally the first line selected, but sometimes a random (first?) line in file.
What is the output of the JS console log (if applicable)?
