-As per [3]'s trailing review comments:

1. "If everyone agrees that the IRC is not an official communication channel, then we can add a note about that, but let's do it as a follow up after discussion in the community."

2. "The gerritcodereview workspace now has 8.5k messsages, this means soon the oldest messages will no longer be accessible using the free plan."

3. "An alternative could be to run our own instance of mattermost [1] which is open source. The Eclipse Foundation is using mattermost. Here is the mattermost channel for JGit [2]."
