The "repo-discuss" mailing list was originally created for the repo tool, and Gerrit has hijacked it. Nowadays it's only used for Gerrit. We should consider renaming it.

Do we want to stick to one list or should we separate between a users and a developers list, e.g. gerrit-users and gerrit-dev

If we move to a new list can we redirect email from the old to the new list ?

i don't have a problem with creating new groups, but seems like we should keep repo-discuss ... the repo tool still exists after all :)
