New proposal: how about reusing this very issue or tracker to instead carry the "circles calculation" work?
Meaning, that actual task for us community managers to gather how many people involved in each circle.
Unknown circles being (from [1] above):
- Contributors [2], and
- Users, known as Supporters [3] for us I assume.

The other circles are already well accounted for; their total number of members is known and deterministic.
