Due to my lack of knowledge in how to export a private git project from github.com, what I did was
1. Create a public repo in github.com called `https://github.com/avilaplana/gerrit-notes` (now is private)
2. Imported from gerrithub.io 
3. I changed the Repository Options / State from Active to Hidden

https://review.gerrithub.io/admin/repos/avilaplana/gerrit-notes,general

Full URL exhibiting the problem:

Expected behavior:
What I was expecting is to be able to see the project in
https://review.gerrithub.io/admin/repos/q/filter:avilaplana/gerrit-notes even if it was hidden

Observed behavior:
The list was empty https://review.gerrithub.io/admin/repos/q/filter:avilaplana/gerrit-notes which could lead me to take
wrong conclusions about the state of the project.
