Ah thanks, then I just missed the announcement.

But I think it be mentioned in the Gerrit docs too. At least the claim that building with jdk 8 works at [1] should be removed.

Document that building with Java 8 is no longer supported

Document that Java 11 is now required and remove now unused
error_prone_warnings_toolchain.

Also remove edge_java option from: tools/eclipse/project.py, added in
f55b69f5c95 as it is not needed anymore.
