Open-ended questions are good.

I'm starting this now but need some more time to gather all of my initial (yet humble) ideas.

So I'm now proposing to use [1] as a base for this work.
-I just shared the resulting Google Form [2] with both of you.
(It is no longer "Untitled" and so.)

I'm basically proposing questions that I picked from [1] but customized myself.
And I omitted some (from [1]), on purpose.
I also propose some surrounding sections content for the actual process &co.

Good idea.

As discussed in the community manager meeting we do not want to store the email addresses of participants.

Question 3 could be rephrased, for non-native speakers it's unclear what is meant by "as I share about it".

- Added/inserted question #7 about if liking the survey questions or not.
- Added the mention of "anonymous" answers in the Schedule section.
- Made sure that email addresses won't be collected.
- Reworded question #1 just a bit.
- Replaced "share" with "talk" (about it) in question #3.
- Please review the Settings if not done already (gear icon, top right side of the form).

Thanks, the survey looks and its settings look good to me now.
