When editing the commit message of a change, if you add a URL in double quotes and save, it will be rendered with a seemingly random semicolon afterward.

I would expect the quoted URL to be rendered without said semicolon.

Clarify that comment links work on html-escaped text.

Additionally improve the default `https` linkifying to not match escaped
